OX Point is at the forefront of shared parcel locker services, collaborating with major carriers like WeDo and Balíkovna.

With plans to operate 1,000 lockers within the next three years, OX Point is rapidly expanding its presence in the Czech Republic. As partnerships grow, the company is integrating more major players into its network, aiming to streamline the parcel delivery and pickup experience for both businesses and customers.

CHALLENGE

Our task was to design and develop a suite of  five applications, catering to both internal and  client-facing needs.

These applications needed to support diverse use cases, including mobile and desktop platforms. The biggest challenge, however, was crafting an intuitive interface for OX Point’s kiosk application, enabling seamless parcel pickup and drop-off. Additionally, we needed to establish a flexible design system that could unify all applications under one cohesive brand identity while adapting to various functionalities.

We delivered a versatile and modern design system, tailored to meet the unique requirements of OX Point’s growing ecosystem.

The kiosk application was designed with user convenience at its core, providing a streamlined and intuitive experience for parcel handling. The mobile and desktop applications complemented this effort, offering robust tools for internal operations and client interactions. By unifying the visual language across all platforms, we ensured consistency and scalability as OX Point continues to expand.
